Bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Gelateria bar valentino that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore Ravoledo. We would definitely recommend as we greatly enjoyed sassella...

The hotel's location in the heart of town was perfect for exploring the area. We enjoyed the convenience of having the restaurant Jim right on the premises, where we were treated to excellent local dishes and a wide selection of wines. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities was impeccable, and we also appreciated the availability of parking right outside.
Could not be improved in any way.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a picturesque location. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful haven for relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was the exquisite food at the restaurant, Jim. The menu was superb, and the chef's talent truly shone through in every dish. The portions were generous, ensuring that I left satisfied after every meal. Although I didn't have a chance to experience the spa, I heard great things about it from other guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality, delicious food, and tranquil atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

Got a free bottle of water in the room and free Wi-Fi. The hotel is located in a beautiful and convenient spot near the mountains. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially when we requested a later check-out time. We also enjoyed relaxing at the spa.
The showers were extremely small and uncomfortable, making it difficult for taller individuals to have a comfortable shower. Additionally, the restaurant on-site was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment as we were looking forward to trying it out.

Located in the heart of town, Hotel Sassella offers a convenient location for exploring the area. The restaurant on the premises, run by Jim, provides delicious meals with locally recommended dishes like panacotta. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring a warm stay for guests. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. The hotel also offers a garage for bikes.
One negative aspect was the overpriced meals in the restaurant, which may not be suitable for those on a budget.

Spent my Easter break in a lovely hotel with an amazing view of the surrounding mountains. Loved that the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa area was fantastic, and I had a wonderful time relaxing there. They also had a restaurant with a wide selection of local dishes to choose from which made dining an adventure. the hotel was situated in a great location which made accessibility to different places quite easy. I also appreciated that they allowed for flexible check-out time if it suited the situation, which I found very thoughtful of them.
What I didn't appreciate was the fact that the meals were quite expensive and not worth it. Another downside to the hotel was the lack of air conditioning, which made it quite uncomfortable during the day.

The bed was a bit too soft for my comfort preferences.

Spent xmas holiday in a hotel that promised to be the perfect location for relaxation. the spa area was great, and the service by the staff was truly excellent. the restaurant served excellent food, but it was quite expensive. the room was smaller than expected, but at least it was clean and cozy. the hotel staff was kind enough to let us do the check-out a few hours later, so our little one could enjoy her midday sleep.
The amenities didn't quite meet our expectations. the room was cold and not as big as described.
